Gemeinsam Sein
Studies show that our happiness and health go hand in hand with the quality of our relationships. Being connected to one another leads to a better life. We are healthier, more content und our life is more fulfilled. However, how to get there? How are we building those connected relationships? In order to do that it is necessary that we know what we need. And it is important that we listen and care about the other person’s needs. It is a me and you. A you and me. In order to do that the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) tools according to Marshall B. Rosenberg are incredibly helpful. What does NVC mean?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Nonviolent Communication provides on the one hand specific tools (4 steps) and on the other hand it is a lot more. It is the attitude towards life and towards people. It is the believe that people are fundamentally good at heart. Nonetheless, their actions might not be okay! It is about finding ways in which the needs behind the actions of the people can be met in a way so that nobody is hurt.
My Services
Using the techniques of Nonviolent Communication I support schools, children and teachers
in order to create a more compassionate environment and thus support the growth of each individuum.
I also specifically support adults in getting to know themselves better
and to lead a more aligned life.

The workshop is about getting clarity about how one's "yes" feels like - in distiction to one's "no". What is a "yes" all about? What is a "no" all about? What needs are not met or what needs are met when I say or feel a "yes" or a "no". How to communicate one's "no" or one's "yes". A journey to discover oneself and the knowledge of the own body.
